ESRI Predicts 78,000 New Home Completions in 2007

In its latest Quarterly Report the ESRI is predicting 78,000 new residential completions in 2007, dropping to 65,000 new residential completions on 2008:

We now expect completions to be 78,000 in 2007 and 65,000 in 2008, compared with our June forecasts of 82,000 and 76,000 respectively.
