Retail & Commercial Sector Continues To Boom

Dirtbusters continues its strong association with the growing retail and commercial segment of Ireland’s construction industry.

The Bridgewater Shopping Centre in Arklow, County Wicklow, includes 11 restaurants and cafes and a state-of-the-art 9 screen cinema. Due to open in October 2007, this development from Allen & Smyth Construction includes retail outlets from Dunnes Stores, TK Maxx, Next and Argos. The development also includes a significant residential and office development along with 1000 car park spaces.

The Real Dirtbusters will be providing the initial cleaning services for this development, and are happy to continue their long standing relationship with Allen & Smyth Construction.

The national and regional government policy documents have identified Arklow as an important hub with considerable potential for development supported by its growing population.
