The Real Dirtbusters is the largest provider of specialist cleaning services in Ireland.

Dirtbusters has grown from strength-to-strength and now employs over 130 people. To enable our further expansion we have two vacancies for Account Managers.

The Role

  • Management of key client accounts

  • Direct responsibility for operational performance of specialist cleaning teams

  • Achieve Sales and profit targets by optimising business opportunities

  • Identify and develop new areas for business development

  • Nurture client relationships

  • Drive revenues, manage budgets and margins

  • Manage and motivate frontline staff and team supervisors



The person

  • Proven experience in business development

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Extensive people management skills

  • Analytical mind and strong negotiation skills

  • Ambition and the drive to succeed

  • Ability to prioritise tasks and good time management skills

  • Team player
