TradeTracker is The Real Dirtbuster’s new proprietary Enterprise Workflow Management System which has been developed specifically to track
on-site workflows related to construction projects.
Why have we created TradeTracker?
Over the years we have taken great pride in delivering the highest quality cleaning services to the Irish building industry. We believe that a
process of continual improvement best enables us to fulfill your business needs. After listening carefully to the feedback our clients give us
we have developed a computer-based system that delivers workflow records processing and analysis, and helps us to track the work we carry out
(hence the name ‘TradeTracker’).
What does this mean for our clients?
TradeTracker will streamline the process of tracking all on-site workflow and will deliver timely and accurate information at the per-unit level.
We intend sending a detailed site report analysing all work carried out to each client on a quarterly basis. An on-demand reporting service will
be also be available, and we have plans to roll-out a web-based extranet that will allow our current and future clients to directly access and
interrogate our TradeTracker database.
How does TradeTracker improve our service?
TradeTracker will help us improve our service offering in a number of areas. In particular, the TradeTracker system is fully integrated with our
accounting software enabling us to improve the consistency and accuracy of the invoices our clients receive from us.
Reporting
The system also generates near-real-time reports to both assist our management in the areas of planning and control and, by making all workflow
information available in an optimised User Interface, responding to any client queries about our work quickly and efficiently. More
